Analyst-Philanthropy Senior (Donor Communications - Writer)

Analyst-Philanthropy Senior demonstrates passion and commitment to enhance health and well-being while inspiring generosity across the state of Indiana. They manage and develop a sustainable fund development program that aligns with system priorities and includes employee campaigns, direct mail, giving societies, personal solicitations and/or other various fundraising activities. By partnering internally with key stakeholders, they create meaningful relationships system-wide. Additionally, the Analyst-Philanthropy Senior will implement strategic and scalable fundraising collateral while maintaining accurate recording, reporting and management of all donor information. The ideal candidate would have a deep commitment to compassionate, human‑centered storytelling and a proven ability to transform complex clinical and community impact into clear, inspiring donor‑focused narratives.
