Role Description We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client accounts, providing superior customer service, and supporting clients with their commercial insurance and risk management needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with policy reviews, addressing claims and coverage questions, and fostering strong client relationships. This is a hybrid position based in New Haven, CT, with the flexibility for partial remote work. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and Employee Benefits Experience in Account Management and Customer Service Proficiency and expertise in the field of Insurance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely, solutions-oriented support Familiarity with insurance industry software and tools is a plus Active insurance license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within a specific timeframe #J-18808-Ljbffr
