Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineered Wood Products Design & Sales role located in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves assisting clients with engineered wood product design, providing expert recommendations based on structural requirements, and building materials specification. The candidate will work closely with customers to develop tailored solutions, generate detailed design layouts, and ensure accurate product specifications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, some administrational duties, possible inventory management duties and exploring opportunities to grow client relationships. Qualifications Experience in reading plan sets Knowledge of design thinking and user research to understand customer needs and deliver tailored advise Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts effectively Proficiency in utilizing design and modeling software tools or CAD is a plus Prior experience in Sales, especially in architectural or construction materials industries, is a plus Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related field preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr
