Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our top-notch, dynamic Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will manage marketing communications initiatives and staff, playing a key role in strengthening our brand presence and engagement across all platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to leverage your A/E/C industry expertise to shape how Faith Group communicates with clients, partners, and the broader industry in a collaborative team environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. This position will also become a part of the firm’s Management Group. Faith Group’s Marketing is centralized in the firm’s St. Louis, MO (Headquarter) office.
Location
It is preferred that this position be located at our St. Louis headquarters. However, for the right candidate, there may be the option to work from one of our regional offices or remotely.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead market, client, partner, and competitor research to provide strategic input into marketing strategy, goals, and budgets
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and within professional organizations (such as SMPS), building strategic relationships
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of firm's services, disciplines, clients, partners, projects, and staff capabilities
Maintain systems and manage development of company artifacts, boilerplate, and contacts & mail list databases
Manage and?optimize?company CRM (Unanet) and marketing automation software (Mailchimp) for campaigns and initiatives
Manage development and implementation of corporate brand and messaging, including both marketing and technical production, print, and digital platforms
Lead creation of high-quality marketing collateral (digital & print), presentations, written content, and digital media (graphics, photos, videos)
Interview staff to capture and update relevant project and technical information
Manage and develop the firm’s website and social media channels
Plan and execute client events, webinars, special events, and promotional materials
Manage and mentor direct report staff, overseeing both client marketing and deliverable branding
Provide marketing training and coaching to staff across the organization
Direct and coordinate marketing communications efforts across departments, disciplines, and regional offices while managing budgets
Perform quality control & assurance for all Marketing deliverables
Collaborate strategically with other departments (Operations, HR, Accounting, etc.) on marketing-related initiatives and assigned tasks
Manage marketing communications for sister company Saefix and our shared Innovation Lab
Perform other tasks as assigned
Experience & Requirements
6-10+ years of marketing experience; 3-4 years in the A/E/C industry preferred
Proven track record of leading and implementing marketing communications initiatives
Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching staff
Strong knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology, delivery methods, and trends
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Extensive experience with CRM systems (Unanet preferred) and marketing automation software (Mailchimp preferred)
Expert in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign (intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to perform thorough quality control/assurance
Strong knowledge of design principles, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into accurate, digestible marketing content
Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of relevant A/E/C experience will be considered.
Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000
