
Amazon Ecommerce Growth Lead

Overview We’re seeking an ecommerce Amazon expert to lead strategy and performance. This high-visibility role partners cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and digital teams to drive growth, optimize profitability, and maintain brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Own Amazon strategy and execution, managing both Vendor and Seller platforms
Oversee external agency performance, ensuring accountability and results
Set and track revenue, promotion, and assortment goals
Maintain catalog accuracy and optimize product listings (SEO, content, Brand Store)
Manage promotional calendar (Prime Day, holidays, Subscribe & Save, etc.)
Partner with Operations and Finance on inventory, forecasting, and profitability
Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, buy box, inventory) and deliver actionable insights
Identify competitive opportunities to improve pricing, promotions, and assortment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
4–6+ years managing Amazon Vendor & Seller Central accounts
Experience managing external Amazon agencies
Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and performance metrics
Expertise in catalog management and listing optimization
Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
Experience in CPG
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk is a plus
