Job Description

We are looking for an

Outside Sales Representative

to develop business with

home builders, framing contractors, and general contractors .

Responsibilities Develop new business with

builders, contractors, and framing companies Prospect through

cold calls, jobsite visits, and builder meetings Obtain

construction plans

for truss quoting Work with internal

truss designers

to generate truss layouts and bids Follow up on quotes and secure truss packages for upcoming projects Maintain relationships with builders and contractor accounts

Requirements 3+ years B2B sales experience Experience in

building materials, lumber, trusses, framing packages, or construction products strongly preferred Comfortable with

cold calling and jobsite visits Ability to read or understand

construction plans is a plus Valid driver's license

Compensation $65K-$70K base salary Commission $100K+ earning potential
