
Property Administrator

About The Role:
As a CBREProperty Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety ofdepartmental and financial activities. This job is part of the PropertyManagement job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalfof a client or group.
What You'll Do:
+ Work with Property Managers to
find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
+ Verify the database of
management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate
and up to date.
+ Review and code vendor
invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract
execution process.
+ Support the contract and RFP
execution process.
+ Responsible for review of data
integrity across systems.
+ Ensure compliance with company
policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
+ Facilitates communication of
standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support
operations.
+ Train new team members on
policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
+ Manage the client termination
process.
+ May participate in the Property
Management internal audit process.
+ Work with senior management to
improve operational compliance.
+ Suggest improvements to
existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is
$140K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $160K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
