Tax Staff/Enrolled Agent

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Tax Staff/Enrolled Agent to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $95,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Represent clients before the IRS and other tax authorities during audits and inquiries.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documents and communications.

Assist in tax planning and provide recommendations to clients to minimize tax liabilities.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software's

Experience:

Tax preparation and tax resolution experience, with Enrolled Agent designation.

Ensured compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
