Funeral Director / Embalmer Opportunity - Iowa $50K - $60K | Strong Team | Balanced On-Call
I'm currently working with a
well-established funeral service organization in Iowa
that is looking to add a
Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer
to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to
gain strong experience while working alongside a supportive team of licensed professionals.

Position Highlights
• Salary range
$50K - $60K (based on experience) • Join a team of
3 licensed directors • Primary location serving
~125 families per year • Additional nearby locations serving
~60 calls annually combined •
Balanced on-call schedule
- 1 evening per week & 1 weekend per month • Organization working toward
transitioning removals to a removal service

What They're Looking For
• Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer • Iowa license or ability to reciprocate • Professional demeanor and strong family care skills • Team-oriented attitude • Interest in
community involvement and outreach
This role offers the chance to
build experience in all aspects of funeral service
including arrangements, directing services, and working closely with families.
