We are seeking a skilled and licensed
Commercial Lines Account Manager
with a strong passion for client service. Provide excellent service/management to a team with a focus on a
construction
book of business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a book of clients servicing middle market accounts with professionalism and accuracy Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, etc Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
Requirements: Active
Texas P&C Insurance License 3+ years of experience
in commercial lines account management, especially construction Experience with managing a book of business with little to no guidance Proficiency in
EPIC systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and independently
