Position: Assistant Director

Responsibilities:
* Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children * Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety * Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire * Managing operation of the school in the Director's absence * Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Qualifications:
* A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community. * A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * At least two years of Assistant Director experience working in a preschool setting.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, based on level of education and relevant experience.
Shift Schedule: Flexible availability required between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
