Shoe Stylist (P/T)
The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. * Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service. * Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts. * Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels. * Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. * Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system. * Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
