A highly respected custom home builder known for delivering exceptional luxury residences is seeking a
Senior Superintendent
to lead field operations for high-end residential projects. This is an opportunity to join a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client and trade relationships.
Responsibilities Oversee all
on-site construction activities
for luxury homes Manage
daily scheduling and coordination
of subcontractors and trades Ensure projects are completed
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Maintain strong relationships with
homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners Conduct
regular site inspections
for quality and compliance Enforce
safety standards and job site organization Coordinate
materials, deliveries, and inspections Collaborate with project management to
resolve issues and maintain schedules Maintain detailed
job documentation and reporting
Qualifications 5+ years
as a Superintendent in residential construction Strong experience building
custom, high-end homes Ability to manage
multiple trades and schedules simultaneously Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and teams Detail-oriented with a passion for
quality craftsmanship Comfortable in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Project Experience Preferred Custom homes
$1M - $5M+ Homes
3,000 - 10,000+ sq. ft. Experience with
architect-driven projects and custom details
