Practice details include: Lead and mentor a growing team of physicians, APPs, and oncology nurses Collaborate with hospital leadership and Duke Cancer Network experts Develop and launch new treatment services or community outreach initiatives in partnership with system leadership. Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm) Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week) Shared call schedule, 1:4 rotation for patient care needs through telephone calls EMR: Cerner Average Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day 40% Oncology and 60% Hematology Sign-on Bonus: $50k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition. Base Compensation: 700k+ (flexible/negotiable) + Bonus Potential Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt.
