WHAT WE OFFER

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries * Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications * Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales * Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves * Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals * Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork * Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction * Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues * Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as sell and promote junk removal services * All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required * A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred! * Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) * Effective listening and communication skills * Must be motivated by exceeding goals * Exceptional organizational and time management skills * Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively * Accurate; consistent attention to detail * Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities * Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities * Strong computer and keyboarding skills, experience with multiple monitors is preferred * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
