This lease-up community is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can help shape the resident experience from day one. Office Hours: MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM Sunday: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM Weekend rotation is required. What You'll Do: Tour apartment homes and the community with prospective residents Process rental applications with accuracy Prepare move-in documents and support new resident onboarding Provide exceptional service to current and future residents Help drive leasing momentum during our lease-up period Leasing experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Sales ability with a focus on closing and meeting goals Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of traffic Basic proficiency with email, property management software, and CRM systems Solid problem-solving abilities and professionalism A positive, team-focused attitude Ascent Apartments offers a supportive environment, a strong team culture, and the chance to be part of a community you'll be proud to represent.
