Wilson Equipment Company is currently seeking a Parts Counter Representative for our Louisville location. This Parts Counter Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, utilizing parts catalogs and inventory systems, and accurately identifying and selling parts, while maintaining a clean and organized parts counter area. They should also be a personable problem solver who is able to adapt to their environment (including customers, suppliers, coworkers, manufacturers, etc.)! They should be able to complete tasks efficiently and properly. Job Tasks
Filling parts orders via phone, in-person or online Shipping and receiving inventory, including parts orders, packing lists and freight bills Maintaining warehouse inventory Technical support (assisting customers with basic troubleshooting, parts identification, etc.) Maintaining a clean and organized parts counter area Using computer software to process orders accurately and promptly Handling returns and exchanges according to company policy Keeping all required documentation in an organized manner Performing other duties as needed Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift parts that weigh no more than 50lbs Ability to operate forklift for heavy parts (50lbs+) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Computer proficiency Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge in construction, heavy equipment, agriculture and/or automotive industries Familiarity with online parts catalogs Inventory management Customer service and/or retail sales experience Application and EEO/AA Information
