Associate Account Manager
The Associate Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive, customer-centric, and sales-oriented mindset. The Associate Account Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enterprise Research, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and support account-level sales objectives. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary supporting daily point of contact for assigned corporate accounts Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support Sales Account Executives with reporting, opportunity identification, and customer communications. Use Salesforce and internal systems to maintain accurate account data Support LMS integrations and troubleshooting Participate in quarterly account reviews and industry events as needed What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of account management experience required B2B sales experience preferred High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
