Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Property Assistant to join the corporate office of a well-established commercial real estate company in Boca Raton. This role supports a portfolio of commercial properties and handles key functions across tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, vendor management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Support an assigned portfolio of commercial properties
Coordinate maintenance issues with the Maintenance Supervisor
Assist with lease processing, welcome packages, and tenant communication
Answer phones, manage mail, greet visitors, and support corporate office operations
Track rent payments, manage rent collection, and follow up on delinquencies
Prepare late notices and maintain tenant insurance and lease files
Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor contact information
Collect Gross Sales Reports and assist with quarterly reporting
Requirements
2+ years of commercial real estate experience in administrative capacity (retail, office, or industrial)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Intermediate - advanced Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through independently
Associate's degree preferred
