Role Description A Store Key Holder is responsible for specific pieces of store operations, delegated by the Store Manager or StoreLead, that produce a welcoming community atmosphere, a remarkable customer experience, and empowerment of each customer. When the Store Manager is absent, the Store Key Holder is accountable for all store operational functions. Focused on people and clothes, as a Key Holder, you are expected to provide customers with an unforgettable store experience. As a company representative, you are expected to create a comfortable atmosphere where customers feel empowered to be themselves. Engage each customer in conversation by sharing the latest arrivals, popular items, local places to visit, and where to find us online. Strive to create lasting relationships with customers ensuring the store is running at its full capacity alongside the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Ensures exceptional customer care delivered by associates 100% of the time. • Ensures the store is prepared for the customer with displays in place, neat and clean facility and properly stocked for the day’s business. • Passionately educates customers and associates about the company mission, clothing, new releases, and online store. • Drives sales on the store floor by engaging with customers, styling customers, and focusing on store daily goals. • Oversees the execution of certain deliverables as delegated by the Store Manager involving Inventory, Community, People Development, etc. • Executes proper opening and closing duties. • Ability to work at least one weekend day. • Properly uses all company systems including but no limited to: clocking in/out request off sheets, employee contacts, company socials, store electronics, etc. • Ability to run the register and coinciding processes included but not limited to: checking our customers, communicating with customers at checkout, handling returns, answering customer questions, adding needed notes to orders, troubleshooting, etc. • Assists with company socials including instagram stories, reels and taking photos of products in store when requested. • Follows and is aware of all company policies for storefronts and employees. • Leads by example amongst other staff with a positive work attitude. • Assists in tasks delegated by the store manager. xywuqvp • Attends any training meetings set forth by the company.
