All builds are ground-up hotels around $40M, using steel and concrete structures. The company offers a structured onboarding program, preparing travelers before assigning their first project. Job Description Lead or assist in delivering ground-up hotel projects nationwide Oversee daily construction activities, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Manage logistics, quality, and site safety from mobilization through turnover Collaborate closely with in-house architects, owners, and management Participate in a structured training program before receiving first project assignment The Successful Applicant Experience running ground-up hospitality or multifamily projects around $40M+ Strong background in steel and concrete Stable employment history Must be open to 100% travel What's on Offer Base salary up to $170K for the right Superintendent Profit sharing: 10-15% of base salary Per diem: approx. $4,500/month (flexible use) Vehicle allowance: $700/month for Superintendents 10-20% annual bonus potential Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match Travel rotation allowing you to fly home every other week Build exclusively for the same ownership group - long-term career stability
