Job Summary
Granicus is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the direction, delivery, and governance of Salesforce Sales Cloud for our revenuegenerating teams. This role serves as the business owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform is effectively designed, adopted, and governed to support sales execution, forecasting, and operational clarity.
This role is responsible for Salesforce training and enablement, business analysis and delivery of system changes, management of revenue tech stack integrations, and process documentation and improvement to ensure consistent usage and data integrity across the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong Revenue Operations experience, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to own and execute crossfunctional projects end to end.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
Salesforce Sales Cloud Ownership
- Act as the primary business owner for Sales Cloud, balancing seller usability with data quality and governance
- Establish and maintain Salesforce governance standards, including usage expectations, data hygiene, and process adherence
Business Analysis, Testing & Rollout
- Own business analysis for all Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements and changes
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Lead testing, validation, and rollout of Salesforce changes, ensuring quality and minimal disruption
- Manage release communications and adoption tracking for all system updates
Training, Enablement & Documentation
- Own all Salesforce Sales Cloud training content and delivery for revenue teams
- Develop and maintain scalable training assets, job aids, and process documentation
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to align Salesforce usage with sales process and methodology
- Ensure documentation supports longterm sustainability and consistent system usage
Revenue Tech Stack Integrations
- Own Salesforce-related integrations across the revenue technology stack
- Partner crossfunctionally to ensure integrations are stable, governed, and aligned with business needs
- Evaluate integration impacts on data accuracy, reporting, and seller workflows
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Own and execute crossfunctional projects related to Salesforce and revenue systems
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Communicate clearly with Sales, Enablement, Finance, IT, and Product partners
You Will Love This Job If You Have
- Revenue Operations background with strong understanding of sales processes and GTM workflows
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and reporting
- 2+ years of project management experience, including:
- Stakeholder management
- Milestone and dependency tracking
- Endtoend ownership of crossfunctional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or GovTech revenue organizations
- Experience working with Salesforceintegrated revenue tools (e.g., forecasting, enablement, engagement platforms)
- Familiarity with Salesforce governance and change management in a scaled sales environment
