Sales Coordinator
We are seeking an organized Sales Coordinator to act as the central hub for our Visual Products team (LED Displays, Billboards, and Lighting). You will bridge the gap between our sales team, production, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high-level client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Facilitate inside/outside sales by scheduling calls, researching prospects, and preparing presentations. Order Management: Process quotes and orders, manage back-orders, and update customer databases. Inventory & Logistics: Monitor safety stock/lead times, manage consigned inventory, and coordinate with third-party contractors for repairs. Financial Admin: Assist with special pricing, rebates, commission calculations, and SUS vendor programs. Account Management: Sustain long-term relationships with key accounts and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree OR 25 years of experience in customer service/inside sales. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong technical writing ability. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Physical/Travel: Ability to lift 20 lbs and sit for extended periods; minor travel for trade shows/events; valid driver's license required.
