In this high-impact role, you will champion timely, compassionate access to careensuring every patient and family is welcomed with clarity, comfort, and dignity, seven days a week. We're seeking a registered nurse with deep hospice admissions expertise, proven operational leadership, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional, person-centered service. What You'll Do Lead regional admissions operations (including process and nurses) to ensure timely, compliant, and person-centered access to Empath Health services Develop and coach a high-performing admissions team through engagement, performance management, and accountability Serve as the primary escalation point for access and admissions issues, providing 24/7 leadership support Drive results by monitoring admission metrics, improving processes, and ensuring consistent service excellence Build and maintain strategic internal and external relationships to strengthen referral and access pathways Why Join Empath Health Earn Competitive Pay:

What You'll Need Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license with hospice admissions experience Leadership experience is key - Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospice admissions, access, or sales-related functions with teams of 20+ team members Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care regulations and compliance standards Valid CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between multiple locations Bilingual skills preferred Location: This role will work onsite in our West Palm Beach Office What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
