Marketing Coordinator
At EDGES, our Marketing team is the hype squad the driving force behind our brand and what sets us apart from the competition. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing that energy and strategy to life. No two days look the same in this position. One day you might be managing and refreshing our online presence with creative brand awareness campaigns, the next, planning and executing branch events across Northern California. This role also leads the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, creates eye-catching collateral and print materials, and tracks campaign performance through reporting and analytics to ensure we stay competitive in our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, particularly with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). This role also requires travel to branch locations throughout Northern California to support marketing initiatives and events as needed. This role is 100% on-site, at our branch in Sacramento (Natomas) CA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing campaigns. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns through digital, print, and in-person channels. Manage marketing calendar and timelines. Track deadlines and deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule. Support event planning and execution. Coordinate logistics for trade shows, vendor days, customer events, and promotional activities. Create and distribute marketing materials. Develop social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, and internal communications while maintaining brand standards. Vendor and internal communications: Acta as a liaison between vendors, sales teams, branch managers, and marketing leadership. Maintain marketing assets. Organize promotional materials, samples, digital assets, and marketing inventory. Track budgets and invoices. Monitor marketing expenses and process invoices as needed. Analyze and report performance. Track campaign results, engagement metrics, and provide reporting to support data-driven decisions. Support website and digital updates. Assist with website content updates, promotions, and customer-facing announcements. Regular travel to branches. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year experience in marketing and promotional activities. Computer Skills: Proficient in social media management and email marketing platforms, with basic graphic design skills. (Canva, Adobe Suite), strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience using CRM (HubSpot) or other marketing automation systems, and the ability to interpret basic analytics and reporting data.
