Associate Account Manager

Foursquare is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team in our New York City office; on a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office. The Associate Account Manager plays a critical role in the go-to-market efforts at Foursquare and sits within the Account Management team within Sales. The Sales team collectively works to solution-sell both Targeting and Measurement (ATTR) into Marketers serviced directly or by their intermediary agencies and platforms. Working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to bring to life the best in market geo-location based services, Foursquare's sales team is responsible for the sale and service to secure, retain & grow account and partner based revenue. In this role, you'll: Support Account Managers and PAMs with day-to-day client needs, including campaign setup, pacing checks, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including performance summaries and presentations Surface any issues immediately to AMs or PAMs with a plan for how to solve Be a team player by going above and beyond to support client needs. If you see something do something, lead by example Accountability - be accountable and provide timely feedback to your peers Be revenue aware, will your action or inaction have revenue implications Track and report on KPIs, providing leadership with clear visibility into partner pipeline, integration status, and revenue impact What you'll need: 13 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or client support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn ad tech platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools. $65,000 - $80,000 Equity:
