Maintain cleanliness of common areas: sidewalks, breezeways, courtyards, and entrances Empty trash and replace liners in common-area receptacles; keep trash areas tidy Clean and restock public restrooms (toilets/urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, supplies) Pick up litter, sweep/blow walkways, and spot-clean as needed throughout the day Wipe down high-touch surfaces (rails, door handles, tables/benches, etc.) Respond to spills, messes, and service calls promptly; place wet-floor signage when needed Monitor property conditions and report issues (hazards, vandalism, lighting outages, needed repairs) Assist with light maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., changing supplies, minor touch-ups) Support special events and seasonal needs (extra trash runs, increased restroom checks, etc.) Follow safety procedures and proper use/storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment recblid 2v2fs8okeipyo9bfp50thuzmk7g3ej
