Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

About the Role Theyre looking to bring on a Senior Estimator who can play a key role in preconstruction, help drive accurate and competitive bids, and partner closely with leadership on upcoming work across the Miami market. Responsibilities Lead the full estimating process from concept through GMP Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing Manage subcontractor outreach, leveling, and scope alignment Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline planning Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction in Hospitality, Retail, or Restaurants Strong background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or interior build-outs preferred Required Skills Ability to run estimates independently and communicate confidently with clients and subs Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools Strong understanding of South Florida subcontractor market and pricing Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first mindset Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation package If youre a Senior Estimator in South Florida who enjoys being close to the work, influencing strategy, and working on high-end projects this could be a strong fit.
