Step into a project leadership role delivering some of the most architecturally significant and design-forward luxury real estate projects in the U.S. and abroad. A vertically integrated investment and development firm is hiring a Director of Construction to join its core development team, leading the execution of large-scale, luxury branded residences and condo projects. With construction now underway on multiple sites, we're looking for high-agency professionals who can manage GC, navigate procurement, and lead construction execution from the owner’s side. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of design, capital deployment, and construction execution surrounded by a high-performing, tight-knit team and empowered to lead from the front. What You’ll Do Represent ownership in the field, complete pre-construction, feed into design and overseeing all aspects of construction execution Act as the key point of contact for general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Manage procurement workflows, contract negotiations, and draw processes Track schedules, construction milestones, and issue resolution with precision and urgency Lead weekly on-site construction meetings Collaborate closely with the design, development, and finance teams in a "studio model" project structure Ensure execution aligns with design intent, quality expectations, and investor objectives What We’re Looking For 8+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction management, or as a GC/owner’s rep Background with top-tier general contractors, real estate developers, or advisory/PM firms Strong understanding of GMP and CM-at-risk xywuqvp contracts, procurement processes, and cost management Able to navigate high-touch, high-stakes environments involving sales, ownership, consultants, and trades Miami-based (required) – with willingness to travel weekly or as needed for select projects Why This Role?
