JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative with Jason Jones Farm Bureau Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer inbound calls and engage customers to identify insurance needs & sales opportunities. Assist customers with policy changes and updates and educate customers on additional products that may better fit their needs. Proactively follow up on quotes, service requests, and leads to help convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and customer skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous sales experience preferred. Competitive Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 - includes salary + commissions & bonuses
