Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Greater Fort Wayne (Must be based in Indiana)
Compensation: $66,560 - $83,200
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare provider enrollment and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid processes, along with the ability to manage multiple submissions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities for Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Complete and submit Medicare enrollments (CMS-855A) via PECOS
Prepare and managed provider-based attestations for Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPDs)
Process Indiana Medicaid enrollments through the IHCP portal
Create and maintain NPIs using NPPES
Qualifications for Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in provider enrollment (hospital or health system preferred)
Proven expertise with PECOS, IHCP, and NPPES systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance
