Baseball Director Summer 2026 - June 16-August 12 (FLEXIBLE) Room & Board Included. This is a live-in position. Step up to the plate this summer at Tyler Hill Camp. Located in beautiful Wayne County, Pennsylvania — just two hours from New York City — Tyler Hill is a premier sleepaway camp where kids build friendships, grow in confidence, and create unforgettable summer memories. Our campus features two private lakes, a professional 9-hole golf course, a swimming pool, 12 tennis courts, and outstanding athletic facilities. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and energetic Baseball Director to lead our baseball program for Summer 2026. In this role, you’ll create a fun, structured, and engaging environment for campers of all ages and ability levels. You’ll work with beginners learning fundamentals as well as more advanced players looking to sharpen their skills. Through group instruction, individual coaching, practices, and games, you’ll help campers improve their technique, build confidence, and develop a love for the game. You’ll also help coach Tyler Hill’s camp baseball team as they compete against other sleepaway camps throughout the summer. What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee the camp baseball program Teach fundamentals and advanced skills to players of varying ages and levels Run organized, fun, and instructional practices Provide both group and one-on-one coaching Help coach and prepare our camp team for intercamp games Create an environment that emphasizes skill-building, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun What We’re Looking For: Strong baseball knowledge and playing and/or coaching experience Ability to teach and motivate young athletes High energy, leadership, and enthusiasm A positive attitude and strong communication skills Experience working with children is a plus Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
