Job Title
Absopure is on the lookout for friendly individuals to join our team and represent the brand as part of our call center team. Our ideal candidate is charismatic, results-oriented, and has a customer-focused attitude. You would be responsible for assisting current customers to resolve issues and by selling new accounts to prospective customers. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls from business and residential customers. Entering basic orders into computer system. Assisting customers with problem resolution including accurate input of information. Interacting directly with Route Services Managers/Supervisors to resolve issues. Interacting with Accounts Receivable to resolve concerns and issues. Presenting sales information to potential customers professionally and completely. Following up on potential customers and closing sales. Accurately entering customer setup information in computer system. Maintaining professional working environment. Displaying self-discipline and self-confidence. Showing respect for our customers and fellow employees. Other duties as assigned.
