Role Summary (Entry Level, Part Time) This is a part‑time, onsite role in Miami, FL for an entry level Business Development Representative. You will support our advisors by generating and qualifying new prospective client meetings through structured outbound outreach. You will focus on professional, respectful conversations with affluent individuals and business owners in a fiduciary wealth management environment. You will learn a proven sales process, build your financial acumen, and contribute directly to firm growth while maintaining a part-time schedule. A candidate who can reliably work onsite in Miami (Brickell), FL for 20-25 hours per week during business hours. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Make targeted outbound calls to prospective high net worth clients and business owners in our Miami and broader markets to introduce our firm and qualify interest. Conduct brief discovery conversations to understand basic goals and potential fit and schedule introductory meetings with our advisors. Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn using approved templates and messaging, and adjust based on responses. Log all activities, notes, and next steps accurately in our CRM, keeping your pipeline and tasks organized. Work from a structured outreach plan and weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings set) and participate in regular coaching sessions to improve. Coordinate with advisors and marketing on target lists, campaigns, and feedback from the front lines of outreach. Required Qualifications Located in the Miami, FL area and able to work onsite at our Brickell office. 0–2 years of experience in a customer facing, phone based, or sales related role (retail, call center, internships, campus roles, etc.). Clear and professional verbal communication; comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with successful professionals and business owners. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in emails and notes. Reliable, organized, and comfortable working from a daily plan and meeting activity goals. High integrity and judgment. Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications Some exposure to sales, business development, or prospecting. Coursework or interest in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Familiarity with basic investment or financial planning concepts (e.g., saving for retirement, risk tolerance, diversification). Experience using any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track customer interactions. Spanish language skills (spoken and written). #J-18808-Ljbffr
