What You’ll Do Engage with potential customers face‑to‑face in assigned locations
Prospect and generate new business through in‑person outreach
Qualify leads and identify customer needs on the spot
Present products/services with confidence and professionalism
Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or people‑facing experience
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
Coachable, goal‑oriented, and competitive mindset
Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
Willingness to work outdoors or on your feet for extended periods
Clear promotion path into leadership or closing roles within 12–18 months
