Remote Work This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to be based anywhere in Germany. The role requires a significant amount of travel, estimated between 20% and 50%, to meet with customers at their sites across the country. As such, a valid driving license is an essential requirement for this position. Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the hospitality and large retail sectors. Collaborate with senior sales managers to help develop and execute strategic plans for account growth. Actively support the sales cycle by assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Provide operational support for strategic accounts by coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams on customer projects. Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by supporting customers onboarding, workshops, and ongoing communication. Ensure accurate tracking of account activities and sales data within the CRM system. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales or Marketing, Technology, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or retail/hospitality technology. Internship experience in the technology or retail sectors is a plus. Fluency in German and business‑level proficiency in English are essential. Knowledge of retail technology, POS systems, or mobile computing solutions, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large enterprise accounts is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills. Interest in enterprise technology solutions. Benefits 30 days of vacation.
