Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Camden, SC area. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals. The Account Manager will oversee account sales growth, respond to customer inquiries, manage contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Regular travel within the designated territory may be required to meet clients and maintain partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to establish and maintain client partnerships
Experience in sales, contract negotiation, and developing strategies to meet or exceed targets
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey solutions and offerings
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Knowledge of batteries, chargers, and motive power solutions is a plus
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the region
