Food Content Creator / Videographer (Social Media) Company: My Father’s Best / Wholesome Products Location: Lemont, IL - Chicago Job Type: Part-time / Contract (with potential for full-time) About the Role We are looking for a creative and passionate Food Videographer to produce engaging visual content for our food brand. This role will focus on capturing high-quality videos and photos of our meals for social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for a freelance videographer who can concept, shoot, edit, and deliver visually compelling food content, while also contributing to broader creative needs when needed. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital platforms, especially through short-form video and performance-driven content. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo & Food Content Creation Concept, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality food content for social, web, email, and paid channels Create short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for engagement and performance Capture cooking shots, product shots, lifestyle scenes, and behind-the-scenes footage Edit content with strong pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail Maintain a premium, craveable visual identity aligned with the brand Creative Support Assist with light creative needs such as basic editing, motion graphics, or visual assets Collaborate on content concepts, campaign ideas, and shot lists Contribute to creative direction, storytelling, and visual consistency Support food styling, shoot setup, and on-set execution when needed Adapt content efficiently across multiple formats and platforms (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) Work closely with the marketing team to execute content aligned with campaign goals Manage multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Take feedback well and iterate quickly while maintaining creative quality Bring proactive ideas for improving content performance and visual storytelling Qualifications Experience in photography and videography, content creation, or creative production (food experience preferred) Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Knowledge of social media trends and performance-driven creative Comfortable shooting with both iPhone and professional camera setups Strong creative instincts with an eye for detail, texture, and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus Skills Experience working with food brands, restaurants, or CPG companies Basic photography and food styling skills Motion graphics or animation experience What We Offer Opportunity to define how a growing food brand shows up visually Creative ownership across shoots, storytelling, and execution Flexible freelance structure with ongoing opportunities Fast-paced, collaborative environment with room to experiment and push creative boundaries To Apply Please share your portfolio, relevant food content samples (if applicable), and a brief introduction to info@myfathersbest.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
