About Annie
Annie is a digital employee built specifically for dental practices to help with the tedious admin work of running an office. Annie gives office managers and dentists the peace of mind that all of the tasks that it takes to keep a practice running are consistently happening (answering calls, reactivating overdue patients, confirming appointments, and more)
Although Annie’s foundation is innately tied to AI, the product is so much more. We pride ourselves on emphasizing the benefits of AI without the hype and building a product that delivers measurable ROI to our customers. To date, our "AI Coworker" has generated $6M+ in revenue for our customers.

About The Role
In this role, you will drive acquisition, activation, and expansion by testing, building, and scaling growth initiatives across channels. You’ll identify opportunities, run experiments, and double down on what works across content, lifecycle, and product-led growth. You’ll work closely with our founder and move quickly from idea → draft → publish.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute growth experiments across channels including outbound, lifecycle, content, and partnerships.
Build and optimize funnels from first touch to conversion, improving activation and revenue.
Identify new acquisition channels and test creative ways to reach and convert our ideal customers.
Turn customer insights and data into high-leverage campaigns and repeatable playbooks.
Own key growth metrics and reporting. Know what is working, what is not, and why.
Continuously iterate based on performance. Move fast, learn fast, and scale what works.
This is a hands on role and we're looking for owner who gets excited about that. You’ll spot opportunities, set the plan, and then do the work to execute the plan. You'll have the opportunity to pitch concepts, draft, edit, and publish with the judgment and pace of a true self-starter.

Self-starter & owner. You spot opportunities, propose a plan, and ship without hand-holding.
Comfortable working across tools and channels. You figure things out quickly and do what it takes to get results.
Requirements:
Experience owning growth at an early-stage startup or in a zero-to-one environment
Demonstrated ability to drive growth through at least one channel (outbound, lifecycle, content, or product-led). You’ve built something that worked.
This is an in-person role in Lehi, UT.
Bonus Points (But Not Required)
You've brought a project of your own to life (business, side project, can be anything that you've built and shown that you can grow)
Prior experience managing social accounts or campaigns (business, personal, student orgs, clubs, freelance, etc.)
Experience in the dental/healthcare space (patients, practices, or products)
Salary: $125-175K, depending on experience.
