Role Description A Senior Marketing Manager for Retreat Care Group drives online revenue growth, managing digital sales channels (DTC/Marketplaces), marketing strategy, and performance analytics. Key responsibilities include marketing budget ownership, optimizing product listings, content creation, managing PPC/advertising budgets, and improving user experience (UX) to increase traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals on DTC sites and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart). Own the channel P&L, forecasting, and promotional planning.
Marketing & Digital Advertising: Lead traffic acquisition strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid social, retail media, and affiliate marketing. Manage the ad budget, focusing on ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Platform Merchandising & UX: Enhance the customer journey, optimizing product detail pages (A+ content, imagery) and site search to improve conversion rates.
Content Strategy & Planning: Developing content strategies and editorial calendars that map to sales goals, including product stories, case studies, and blog posts.
Multimedia & Brand Content: Overseeing the development of multimedia content (videos, images, graphics) to improve user experience and brand storytelling.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, average order value) using tools like GA4 to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, product management, and creative teams to align inventory levels and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Multi-channel eCommerce experience, often requiring specific experience in DTC or major marketplaces, specifically Shopify and Amazon.
Analytical Skills: Ability to turn data into insights, tracking performance metrics such as Retail Media ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) and share of search.
Leadership: Experience leading teams, managing agencies if necessary, or leading cross-functional projects.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and retail media tools (Klayvio).

Anticipated Compensation and Benefits $85,000-$120,000 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible
