Communications Specialist

Internal Communications Lead banking industry exp. required We are seeking an experienced Communications Lead for a large banking client for a long-term ERP implementation project (expected 24-30 months). This contract position is hybrid, on-site 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC. Communications experience relating to an SAP or 4/HANA implementation is required. Responsibilities Design, build, and implement a multi-phase, multi-year communication plan to convey and promote the vision and benefits at every stage of the ERP implementation program. Provide a strategic communications framework and protocol for both internal and external communications. Develop change and communication best practices by leveraging internal resources and establishing relationships with subject matter experts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 2+ years of relevant SAP or 4/HANA implementation experience is required 5+ years of Communications experience Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
