At Rondo , we’re building a platform where players can find games, join leagues, book fields, and build teams— all in one place . Think of it as the operating system for local soccer. We’re launching in New York City and looking for someone who deeply understands soccer culture and social media to help grow the brand. If you’re constantly watching football clips, scrolling football TikTok, or playing pickup, you’ll probably love this role. What You'll Do: You’ll help build the Rondo brand online and grow a community around playing soccer. Responsibilities include: Pitch and Create Instagram and TikTok content Posting Reels / TikToks regularly Engaging with the soccer community online Promoting local games and leagues Identifying trends and viral content opportunities Helping grow Rondo's audience and community We're looking for someone who: Loves soccer culture Is active on Instagram / TikTok Has good instincts for viral content Is comfortable filming and editing short-form videos Is creative and self-directed Wants startup experience Play in NYC pickup games or leagues Already create soccer content Know how to edit video (CapCut / Premiere / etc) What You'll Gain: Startup experience at a sports tech company Direct involvement in building a brand from day one Portfolio-building social media work Exposure to product launches, marketing, and growth A chance to help shape NYC soccer culture Please Apply via https://playrondo.com/career #J-18808-Ljbffr
