Description We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Partner Marketing Specialist to drive the growth, engagement, and performance of our Resellers across North America. This role owns the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of partner marketing initiatives that increase active selling partners, strengthen loyalty, and accelerate revenue. The Partner Marketing Specialist will develop comprehensive communication plans—including webinars, newsletters, SMS, and in‑app messaging—while maintaining partner portal assets, marketing dashboards, documentation, and CRM data integrity. Working cross‑functionally with Regional Marketing, Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and Enablement, this role ensures our partner ecosystem is equipped, informed, and activated to drive measurable growth. This position is based in our Austin, TX office reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing. Department: Marketing Location: Austin Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Execution Develop and execute the annual and quarterly strategy within our Partner Programs across Resellers, Technology Partners, and Key Accounts. Support planning and activation of Partner Advisory Boards to strengthen partner voice and engagement. Drive program adoption across partner tiers, increasing active selling partners by level. Collaborate with Sales leadership to align partner initiatives with revenue targets and territory goals. Partner Communications & Engagement Own the partner communication strategy and editorial calendar, both for emails and webinars. Optimize communications for list health, segmentation, open rates, click‑through rates, and engagement. Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner touchpoints. Portal & Asset Management Maintain and optimize partner portal assets including sales tools, marketing collateral, program documentation, and onboarding materials. Manage marketing dashboards to track partner performance and engagement metrics. Ensure CRM data hygiene and accuracy of partner records, program tiers, certifications, and activity tracking. Partner with Reseller Experience to enhance portal features that drive partner engagement and feature adoption. Campaign & Content Development Create scalable marketing assets and campaigns that support partner recruiting, onboarding, certification, and co‑marketing initiatives. Drive asset creation aligned with partner tiers to increase utilization and measurable impact. Manage co‑op marketing programs and ensure compliance with brand standards. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Demand Generation to support partner recruiting strategies. Collaborate with Sales & Enablement to drive partner certifications and training participation. Work with the Tech Partner Program team to drive integration launches and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Support onboarding teams in refining the partner onboarding experience. Monitor and report on partner marketing KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Desired Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing—preferably within SaaS or security technology. Proven experience managing channel or Reseller partner programs. Strong communication skills across email, webinars, digital campaigns, and executive presentations. Experience owning marketing dashboards and using data to drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Budget management experience with ROI accountability. Creative problem‑solver with a metrics‑driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Partner Communications Effectiveness: Email open and click‑through rates, webinar registrations and attendance, list growth, segmentation accuracy, and overall engagement metrics. Partner Activation & Engagement: Growth in active selling partners by tier, partner portal logins, asset downloads, and certification/training completion rates. Content & Campaign Impact: Volume and utilization of marketing assets, campaign conversion rates, partner‑sourced pipeline, and measurable revenue impact of new content. Revenue Contribution: Partner‑influenced revenue growth and lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rates from partner‑driven campaigns. Operational & Financial Performance: CRM data hygiene and accuracy, on‑time execution of initiatives and communications, and budget management with clear ROI accountability. Why work for us?
