About the Role We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Marketing Operations & Systems Lead to support and scale our marketing efforts. This role blends campaign execution with systems and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of marketing. This role offers the opportunity to help implement new marketing strategies and systems from the ground up, contributing to both immediate execution and long-term scalability. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives while helping improve how marketing tools, data, and workflows operate behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do Support Marketing Campaigns & Execution Execute marketing initiatives across social media, email campaigns, website content, and digital channels.
Coordinate marketing materials, visuals, and templates to maintain brand consistency.
Support paid advertising efforts and campaign coordination across platforms like Google and LinkedIn.
Marketing Systems & Tools Support and optimize day-to-day use of marketing systems and tools.
Help manage platforms such as email marketing systems, scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and social media tools (e.g., Buffer).
Assist with onboarding and use of new marketing tools and platforms.
Automation & Process Improvement
Help implement and improve automation workflows where they add value.
Support workflow automation using tools like Zapier or similar platforms.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across marketing activities.
Email Marketing & Campaign Support Build and manage email campaigns, including templates, audience lists, and basic automation.
Ensure campaigns are scheduled, tracked, and optimized for performance.
Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and reporting platforms like Supermetrics.
Assist in pulling reports, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support ongoing improvements to marketing tracking and reporting processes.
What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
Comfortable working across both campaign execution and marketing tools/systems.
Experience with or exposure to AI type marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier or similar).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, templates, and campaign coordination.
Basic experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
Exposure to paid ads and digital marketing channels.
Experience supporting or participating in software implementations is a plus.
