About the Opportunity
You’ll lead the agency’s end-to-end new business strategy — from identifying and researching prospects to crafting compelling proposals and closing new accounts.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and closer who understands how to translate client needs into creative marketing solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive lead generation and prospecting efforts to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Research target prospects and assemble insights that spark interest and open doors.
Develop and execute new business proposals, RFP responses, and agency pitch presentations .
Partner with agency leadership and creative teams to build integrated marketing solutions for prospects.
Maintain and manage a CRM database tracking all prospect communications and opportunities.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities .
Identify emerging industry trends and growth opportunities across key sectors.
Ensure outbound marketing efforts remain active, including email campaigns, website updates, and social media engagement .
Build and nurture a network of strategic partners and prospective clients .

Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing CRM systems and prospect pipelines .
Comfortable representing an agency at industry events and networking opportunities .
• On-target earnings: $200K–$250K based on new client wins
