A Day in the Life of a UX/UI Product Designer, End-Customer Portal As a UI/UX Product Designer Level 2, you will create intuitive, engaging digital experiences for the End-Customer Policyholder website that aligns user needs with business goals. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn research, analytics, and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs that improve usability, accessibility, and conversion. Success in this role requires a strong user-centered mindset, creative problem-solving, and the ability to design seamless experiences that are both effective and visually compelling. Key Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With Figma: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Develop polished visual and graphic design assets. Google Analytics and Hotjar: Use data to improve user experience and performance. Usability Testing Tools: Validate concepts and refine experiences through user feedback. Agile Delivery Tools: Collaborate with teams using ADO. Enterprise ChatGPT: Consistent AI use to support daily tasks and tactics including synthetic user testing, heuristic analysis, design system standards and more.
