The Role
We're looking for a hungry, early-career Account Executive who has already proven themselves as a top SDR/BDR and is now closing deals - or ready to. Someone who hates losing more than they love winning, keeps their pipeline airtight, and reads a room better than most people read a script. Please note this role is in office, 5x a week.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, selling Assured’s AI platform to provider groups, MSOs, and health systems. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to be #1 on the leaderboard and has the discipline to get there.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demos, negotiation, and close.
Build executive relationships across provider groups, MSOs, and health systems.
Translate complex customer pain into ROI storytelling that drives urgency and buy-in.
Maintain elite pipeline hygiene — 30+ active deals managed with structure and precision.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to sharpen messaging and surface insights.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
2-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including time as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
Demonstrated quota attainment as an AE (100%+ preferred) - show us the numbers.
Strong pipeline management discipline; you have a system and you work it.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you adjust your approach to the audience.
Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient. You don’t need a manager to push you.
Preferred:
Experience selling to provider groups, MSOs, or health systems.
Familiarity with healthcare ops, credentialing, or payer workflows.
Comfort selling technical or AI-driven products.
President's Club, leaderboard recognition, or rapid internal promotion (SDR → AE).
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools.

Compensation:
$180K-$260K OTE with meaningful equity.
