Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships by managing daily communications, resolving service requests, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, coordinating service delivery, overseeing project execution to meet quality standards, and exploring opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions while monitoring project performance and budgets.
Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer management skills
Project management abilities, including coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring service quality
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle service requests efficiently
Experience in sales or account growth strategies
Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Familiarity with property management or exterior maintenance services is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jobber, or other field service management/CRM tools a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred but not required
Driver’s license and ability to travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area as needed
