The Opportunity Join Adobe's Growth Marketing and Insights (GMI) team as a seasoned professional in Marketing Applied Analytics. We seek an inspiring change agent who can lead and innovate in the field of Lifecycle Marketing Analytics. The ideal candidate for this position is a leader with a clear perspective and a proven track record. They have collaborated with the Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) team to improve channel performance. They apply advanced measurement techniques across outbound surfaces such as Email, Line, and WhatsApp. This role requires a strategic professional who can set LCM apart from paid media channels and encourage innovation in measurement, applied insight, and forging new growth paths. This role will play a crucial part in improving customer acquisition and engagement and fueling revenue growth. Proficiency in data analytics platforms, understanding of ML architechture, and working knowledge of the channel is required. What You'll Do Work on groundbreaking data science and analytics problems to answer key questions. Understand how to measure the incremental value from an email campaign. Analyze the channel's role in driving business growth. Identify tools needed to optimize email campaigns. Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketers and leadership to build measurement, analytics roadmaps and business strategy informed by insights. Proactively identify and lead improvements to the LCM analytics ecosystem and develop a learning agenda-based roadmap for LCM Analytics, aligned with organizational objectives. Bring structure to problems and decompose them into scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact. Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives on complex data, and present findings to collaborators in a way that drives impact and decision-making. Lead performance reviews, manage, and own all aspects of insights and reporting. What You Need to Succeed Outstanding problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating and working effectively in uncertain environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail. 4+ years of experience across Prescriptive, Descriptive, and Predictive Analytics, including 3+ years specifically in LCM analytics. Proficiency in traditional analytics tools and frameworks complemented by an AI-focused approach and knowledge of machine learning tools and techniques. Experience developing and working on larger-scale analytics/big data implementations. Track record of consistent delivery and execution. Expected Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,000 -- $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $138,600 - $200,700.
