What Youll Be Doing This is an in-office position (MF, 7:15 a.m.4:00 p.m., or later as needed for customer appointments). Youll travel locally to 23 appointments per day, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and building trusted relationships that lead to action. Sell and estimate water and mold mitigation projects, balancing urgency with accuracy. Maintain an active, high-volume pipeline, following up with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers to move jobs forward. Coordinate and supervise mitigation teams to ensure projects meet company and customer standards. Review scopes and estimates in collaboration with insurance representatives. Manage job files, records, and documentation with precision and consistency. Ensure timely completion of projects that meet budget and quality expectations. Respond quickly to phone calls and emails to keep momentum moving. Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies as part of the restoration team. 1 weekday per week. 1 weekend per 6-7 weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
